Biography

Victoria Cavaliere is an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional with over 14 years of experience in compliance, auditing, and risk management, with deep expertise in electronic waste recycling and reuse operations. Her background spans site assessments across diverse industry sectors, including pharmaceuticals, aerospace, automotive, chemical, cosmetics, paper and laminating, data centers, electro-mechanical manufacturing, warehousing and waste management facilities. Victoria is highly skilled in interpreting regulatory and voluntary industry standards, conducting compliance gap assessments, maintaining EHS management system documentation, and leading both internal and external audits.

Victoria’s experience extends to regulatory reporting and permitting, including RCRA Biennial Reports, Tier II and TRI reporting, and state level registrations for emergency generators, aboveground storage tanks, stormwater management, and medical waste. Victoria is adept at creating state- and federal-level compliance documentation including SPCC Plans, Emergency Response and Contingency Plans, Waste Minimization and Pollution Prevention Plans, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, SWPPPs, and Closure Plans. She is EPA Method 9 certified and qualified to conduct opacity observations using EPA Method 9 and Method 22.

Victoria spent 10 years at an electronics recycling facility serving as Environmental, Health and Safety Management Representative, where she designed and implemented a comprehensive EHS compliance system. Her achievements include the successful rollout of multiple management systems, development of a structured training program, and simultaneous accredited certification to ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and R2 (Responsible Recycling). She spent four years as a Senior Consultant specializing in safe and sustainable operations, serving as lead auditor for onsite and virtual audits across numerous industry sectors. Audit scopes included regulatory compliance assessments, RBA VAP audits, ISO- and R2-based evaluations, Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative (PSCI) audits, client-specific protocols, and corrective action closure.

Throughout her career, Victoria has demonstrated a strong ability to reduce organizational risk and improve operational performance through the development of interim mitigation strategies, permanent corrective actions, and standardized work processes. She has extensive experience delivering employee training, supporting safety initiatives, finalizing regulatory reporting, and building systems that enhance productivity, efficiency, and compliance. Her technical expertise includes environmental media compliance (air, water and waste), process safety, DOT and HAZWOPER requirements, risk assessments, legal registers, and industrial hygiene. Victoria holds a BA in Environmental Studies from SUNY Empire State.
