Keystone Health is a primary care facility serving the Greater Franklin County Pennsylvania region. Between July 28, 2022, and August 19, 2022, an unauthorized party gained access to Keystone Health’s security network compromising patients’ names, social security numbers and medical information. Keystone Health began notifying the 235,237 compromised individuals on October 14, 2022.
