Fidelity National Financial/LoanCare Data Breach Investigation

On November 19, 2023, Fidelity National Financial (“FNF”) learned of a cybersecurity event impacting their systems. As a result of unauthorized access to their systems, 1.3 million customers of Loan Care, a subsidiary of FNF, had their personal information exposed. The personal information included name, address, Social Security number, and loan number According to a January 9, 2024 report filed with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), notification has been sent to affected customers.
