The CDC and FDA recently issued a recall for the below listed Live it Up Super Greens dietary supplement powder due to an ingredient with potential salmonella contamination: moringa leaf powder. Between August 22, 2025, and January 29, 2026, the FDA reported over 60 cases of moringa leaf powder recall-related illness and more than 10 moringa leaf powder recall-related hospitalizations. The FDA describes Salmonella symptoms as often “occur[ing] within 12 to 72 hours after eating food that is contaminated with Salmonella,” and “usually last[ing] four to seven days.
