NAHGA, Inc. aka NAGHA Claim Services and National Accident Health General Agency (“NAHGA”) Data Breach Investigation

As a third-party administrator of secondary accident insurance claims, NAHGA processes claims for clients including boys and girls camps, K-12 school and sports programs, amateur sports leagues, and college athletic programs. Between April 8, 2025 and April 11, 2025, an unauthorized person breached NAHGA’s network and gained access to more than 181,000 individuals’ personally identifiable information (“PII“) and protected health information (“PHI”). The affected PII and PHI included individuals’ names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, health insurance information, and medical or treatment information. More than seven months after discovering the breach, NAHGA began notifying the affected individuals by mail.
