Regal Medical Group, Inc., Lakeside Medical Organization, ADOC Medical Group and Greater Covina Medical (collectively, “Regal”) Data Breach Investigation

On February 1, 2023, “Regal” notified the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services of a data breach that affected 3,300,638 patients. On the same day, the organization began sending notification letters to the affected patients . The breach, which occurred on December 1, 2022, was discovered on December 8, 2022.
