Carvin Software, LLC Data Breach Investigation

Carvin Software is a software producer with a customer base made up of staffing firms.  Between February 22, 2023, and March 9, 2023, an unauthorized party breached Carvin Software’s network and copied files containing individuals’ personally identifiable information (“PII”). The “PII” included names, Social Security numbers, and financial account information of individuals who had a relationship with the staffing firms. Access to the “PII”was discovered on March 9, 2023, and on May 2, 2023, Carvin Software, LLC, on behalf of the staffing firms, began notifying persons affected by the breach.
