Tift Regional Health System (aka Southwell) Data Breach Investigation

After a breach that occurred nearly one year ago, Tift Regional Health System began issuing notification letters to 180,142 persons affected by the breach. The breach occurred between August 11 – August 16, 2022 and notifications started to go out to impacted individuals on August 11, 2023. According to the notification the following information was compromised: name, date of birth, Social Security number, and medical information.
