Radius Global Solutions (debt collector)/Progress MOVEit Data Breach Investigation

A vulnerability in MOVEit Transfer, a file transfer tool produced by Progress Software, was discovered on May 27 – May 28, 2023. Radius Global Solutions, a debt collector, learned of the vulnerability on June 1, 2023; and, on September 1, 2023, they began noticing nearly 10,000 affected individuals that their social security numbers had been exposed. The number of affected individuals has grown to 632,204 and notifications were sent to the additional individuals beginning September 12, 2023.
