Goldenberg Schneider, LPA is investigating a potential defect in 2020-2021 Kia Tellurides involving the self-leveling shock absorbers. It’s believed the self-leveling shock absorbers are most often installed in Tellurides with manufacturer installed towing packages. At low mileages, the symptoms present themselves mildly; however, with time, the vehicle’s ride becomes staggeringly rough and bumpy becoming difficult to control. If you own or lease a 2020-2021 Kia Telluride with excessive shock absorber symptoms and would like additional information about your legal rights, you can contact Goldenberg Schneider, LPA by calling 513-982-1569, sending an email to [email protected] or completing the “Contact Us” form to the right.
