Jeff Wyler Automotive Family, Inc. Data Breach Investigation

On May 27, 2023, an unauthorized character accessed the computer systems of Jeff Wyler Automotive Family, Inc. (“Jeff Wyler”), and on February 13, 2024, Jeff Wyler began providing written notification to affected individuals. The notification informed the affected individuals that the accessed information contained personally identifiable information (“PII”) and protected health information (“PHI”) including full names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license or state identification numbers, medical and/or health insurance information, and financial account information.
