A&A Services d/b/a Sav-Rx Data Breach Investigation

A&A Services doing business as Sav-Rx provides medication benefit management services to health plans. As such, A&A Services has acquired personally identifiable information (“PII”) of health plan participants. On or about May 24, 2024, A&A Services began notifying 2,812,336 individuals that their PII was compromised when A&A’s computer network was breached on or around October 3, 2023. The PII belongs to current and former employees of A&A Services as well as individuals whose current or former health plan used Sav-Rx’s medication benefit management services. The compromised PII includes individuals’ names, Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, eligibility data and insurance identification numbers.
