Consulting Radiologists LTD. (“CRL”) Data Breach Investigation

Consulting Radiologists LTD (“CRL”) is a medical practice serving Edina, Minnesota and its surrounding areas. According to a June 14, 2024 notification, “CRL”noticed unusual activity in its network on February 12, 2024. In mid-April, “CRL” learned an unauthorized actor had gained access to files and data stored in its network. The files and data contained individuals’ names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, health insurance information, and medical information. The breach of “CRL’s” network resulted in the compromise of 511,947 individuals’ personally identifiable information (“PII”) and protected health information (“PHI”).
