David’s Bridal Data Breach Investigation

On or about June 20, 2024, an unauthorized character breached David’s Bridal’s computer systems and copied personally protected information (“PII”) and protected health information (“PHI”). The “PII” and “PHI” included names of individuals, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, medical information and health insurance information. The breach was discovered on January 21, 2024 and affected individuals were notified by mail on September 13, 2024.
