St. Xavier University, Chicago, IL, Data Breach Investigation

Names, Social Security numbers and financial account information of 212,267 individuals were exposed during a breach of St. Xavier University’s computer systems. The breach occurred from June 29, 2023 – July 18, 2023; and, though the university discovered the breach on or about July 21, 2023, the impacted individuals were not notified of the breach until October 30, 2024.
