Gastroenterology Associates of Central Florida, P.A. (dba Center for Digestive Health) Data Breach Investigation

The Center for Digestive Health & Endoscopy (“Center”) treats patients in Orlando, Clermont, Lake Mary, Oviedo, Winter Garden and Windermere, Florida. On February 25, 2025, the Center began sending notification letters to patients who were affected by an April 1, 2024 data breach. The letter informs patients that their personally identifiable information (“PII”) and protected health information (“PHI”) was compromised and the PII and PHI includes names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and health information.
