Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, Inc. (“Kelly Benefits”) Data Breach Investigation

According to Kelly Benefits (otherwise known as Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, Inc.), the organization is one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing providers of payroll and benefits administration services to businesses. Between December 12 and December 17, 2024, Kelly Benefits network was breached allowing an unauthorized party to copy and seize files. The files included names, Social Security numbers and financial account information of individuals. The company initially provided notification to 32,234 individuals on or about April 9, 2025; however, that number grew to 263,893 individuals on or about April 21, 2025.
