Across the nation, Onsite Mammography supports health care providers – such as OB/GYN and primary care practices- with imaging services. By partnering with Onsite Mammography, healthcare providers can offer in-office mammograms. On April 21, 2025, Onsite Mammography began notifying individuals about a breach of personal and/or protected health information. Though the specific type of personal and/or protected health information is unclear, diagnostic information and insurance information has been breached in other data breaches. The Onsite Mammography breach was the result of an unauthorized party gaining access to an employee’s email account in or prior to October 2024.
