Triage Staffing/Aya Healthcare Data Breach Investigation

Triage Staffing specializes in travel nurse staffing. They work with Aya Healthcare which, according to its website, is the country’s largest provider of healthcare staffing software and services. On May 13, 2025, Aya Healthcare notified Triage Staffing that an unauthorized character viewed and obtained Triage Staffing’s files on May 1, 2025. The files included individuals’ names, Social Security numbers, and dates of birth: information often used by cybercriminals to execute identity theft. On July 7, 2025, Triage Staffing began mailing notification letters to individuals affected by the breach.
