Recently, Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company notified various state agencies about a breach that involved unauthorized access to its network. The breach occurred on June 9, 2025 and June 10, 2025 and resulted in exposure of individuals’ personally identifiable information including names, dates of birth and drivers’ license numbers.
