General Physician, PC Breach Investigation

General Physician, PC (GPPC) is one of Western New York’s largest multi-specialty medical groups. From April 6, 2024 to June 12, 2024, an unauthorized actor accessed a number of GPPC email accounts. GPPC discovered this suspicious activity on June 12, 2024. They began sending notification letters to potentially impacted individuals on or around June 25, 2025. Information that may have been compromised as part of this data breach includes one’s name, health insurance information, and healthcare information.
