Medical Associates of Brevard (“MAB”) Data Breach Investigation

Medical Associates of Brevard (“MAB”) is a healthcare group with six locations in Brevard County, Florida. According to a breach notification submitted to the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, nearly 250,000 individuals’ personally identifiable information and protected health information was exposed during a January 17, 2025 breach of its systems. MAB began mailing notification letters to affected individuals on September 5, 2025.
