On or about November 7, 2025, a hacker declared on data leak forum the theft of over 1.2 million files from Doctor Alliance. The hacker threatened to post and sell the files on November 21, 2025 if a $200,000 ransom is not paid. The files are believed to include patients’ phone numbers and email addresses as well the following protected health information: patient names, diagnoses, treatment information, medications addresses, medical record numbers, Medicare numbers, and provider information.
