Oglethorpe, Inc. Data Breach Investigation

Springbrook Hospital, The Blackberry Center, Heroe’s Mile, Port St. Lucie Hospital and Ridgeview Behavioral Hospital are a few of the treatment centers that receive management support from Oglethorpe, Inc. Oglethorpe, Inc. experienced a data breach on May 15, 2025, when an unauthorized character gained access to its systems and servers. The breach was discovered on June 6, 2025, and it was later determined that the following information was compromised: first and last name, date of birth, driver’s license number, Social Security number, and medical information. Beginning October 31, 2025, Oglethorpe began mailing notification letters to the affected individuals.
