Gulshan Management Services, Inc. is a Texas-based company headquartered in Sugar Land, Texas. The company manages and operates approximately 150 gas stations and convenience stores, including Handi Plus and Handi Stop locations, as well as affiliated Shell and Exxon locations. On or about January 5, 2026, Gulshan Management Services, Inc. reported that it experienced a data breach involving unauthorized access to its systems between September 17 and September 27, 2025. The incident may have exposed personal information of customers and employees, including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, government-issued identification, and financial information.
