Innovative Pharmacy Packaging Corporation Inc., Innovative Pharmacy Packaging of New York LLC, and Innovative Pharmacy LLC are collectively known as IPPC. IPPC is a long-term care pharmacy serving patients in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. IPPC recently experienced a data incident that potentially exposed the personal information of more than 133,000 IPPC customers.
An unauthorized party accessed IPPC’s network between September 18, 2025, and September 19, 2025. During this time, the unauthorized party copied and possibly viewed files containing some customers’ Protected Health Information (“PHI”) and Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”). The compromised PHI and PII includes, but is not limited to, names, Social Security numbers, medical information, and health insurance information.
