Navia Benefit Solutions, Inc. (“Navia”) is a national health and wealth benefits provider. Employers use Navia to administer FSA, HSA, HRA, COBRA, and other benefits. Navia recently experienced a data incident, potentially exposing the sensitive information of employees whose companies contract Navia’s services.
On January 23, 2026, Navia discovered suspicious activity in its network environment. An investigation revealed that an unauthorized actor accessed Navia’s network and potentially acquired over 2.5 million clients’ Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) between December 22, 2025, and January 15, 2026. The breached PII includes, but is not limited to, names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses.
