American Lending Center Holdings, Inc. Data Breach Investigation

American Lending Center Holdings, Inc. (“ALCH”) is a private, non-bank lending company specializing in EB-5 investments. Headquartered in Irvine, California, ALCH manages $3.1 billion in assets nationwide. On or around July 27, 2025, ALCH discovered that an unauthorized third party accessed its internal systems. The breach occurred between July 24, 2025, and July 30, 2025. According to ALCH’s report to the Maine Attorney General’s Office on May 11, 2026, nearly 10 months after the initial incident, the data security incident impacted the personally identifiable information (“PII”) of 123,158 people. The compromised PII includes, but is not limited to, names, dates of birth, Social Security Numbers, and “other information” that has not been identified publicly. ALCH began mailing data breach notifications on April 28, 2026.
