Green Imaging, LLC (“Green Imaging”) is a medical imaging network with over 4,500 locations throughout the U.S. It recently experienced a data security incident, potentially exposing sensitive information belonging to an undisclosed number of Green Imaging patients.
On October 17, 2025, Green Imaging discovered suspicious activity in its network environment. An investigation revealed that an unauthorized party accessed one user account between October 7, 2025, and October 17, 2025. The unauthorized party may have accessed and/or copied some Green Imaging patients’ Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and Protected Health Information (“PHI”). The potentially compromised PII and PHI includes, but is not limited to, names, addresses, Social Security Numbers, driver’s license numbers, medical information, and health insurance information.
