AssetMark, Inc. (“AssetMark”) is a leading wealth management platform serving over 10,000 financial advisers and 300,000 investor households. It recently experienced a data security incident impacting sensitive data belonging to 570,000 individuals.
On May 15, 2026, AssetMark learned of an unauthorized party accessing and downloading certain files containing customer information. Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) was compromised during the data breach. The impacted PII includes, but is not limited to, names and social security numbers.
