Caesar’s Rewards Members Data Breach Investigation

On an unannounced date, a vendor of Caesar’s Entertainment, Inc. experienced a breach which exposed the personal information of potentially tens of millions Caesar’s Rewards Members Loyalty Program. On September 14, 2023, Caesar’s Entertainment filed a report with the SEC stating the company determined on September 7, 2023, that Rewards Members’ social security numbers and drivers’ license numbers were compromised. According to the Social Security Administration, an identity thief “who has your Social Security number can use it to get other personal information about you.
