Greylock McKinnon Associates is a Boston-based consulting firm that provides litigation support services. The firm recently reported that on May 30, 2023, unusual activity was detected on its network prompting an investigation. The investigation determined personally identifiable information of 342,000 individuals had been breached and the breached information included names, birthdates, addresses, Medicare health insurance claim numbers – which contains a Social Security number associated with a member, and some medical information or health insurance information.
