MGM Resorts Data Breach Investigation

On September 13, 2023, MGM Resorts International filed an 8-K with the SEC reporting recent identification of a cybersecurity event “affecting certain of the Company’s systems.” While MGM has not confirmed that personal information (e.g. social security number) was taken by the hackers, this remains a possibility.
